Most likely Taskmaster since in the comics, they're supposed to make the Heroes look good by defeating someone of great caliber at times, i.e. Taskmaster, though he's had great successes himself against characters like these just as well and beyond.

 

Fair enough. Owlman is above a lot of Marvel folk, so he should still give Taskmaster a harder time than he's used to.

I mean that in context, of course, as in concerning street level capes, not the guys with big, noisy powers. Seeing as Owlman was equal, and possibly superior, to Batman, and either way he showed highly impressive skill and intelligence, he is probably equal to some Marvel street types and above at least a few.

\I said normals - though that's a vague term, it actually meant Streetlevelers.

 

Besides this, Taskmaster can be argued to be the same and since I'm of the opinion he can take Batman, he should be able to take Owlman.

People normally just use street level to describe itself, but i did get what you meant. And that's perfectly fair, Taskmaster is definitely at the top of street level types himself, so i can see him beating Owlman. Then again, i can see it going the other way, too, but that's why i made the match.

Exactly. Owlman is the smarter of the two, in at least most ways, and all the ones that count, so he might be able to outsmart Taskmaster when he realizes he can't out-fight him. If he survives that, of course.
