This is an arc I would like to continue. This is the first 3 segments combined.

Sitting in his chair, the glow of dozens of computer monitors illuminating the room, Slade reviewed his notes on his next target. He had been given ample information on him by his employer. Also he had been delivered a case holding a special requested item. Since working for this new employer Slade was able to request any artifact or munitions and he was given it without question. On top of that he was rewarded handsomely for his services. Standing over the case the soft glow from the screens washed over his back. He then raised the lid to the stained oak case, his eyes resting upon a brilliantly crafted blade. Though he had never seen it in action with his own two eyes; its history spoke for itself. This was the Muramasa Blade. Soon he would put it to the test and see if its legend was true. Sheathing the blade on his back, he then donned his mask. He had been researching his target for weeks, although he had quite a reputation. Now it was time to strike, marking an X through his targets name as he walked past the board on his way out.

Over the last few weeks Logan felt as though he was being followed but never noticed anything or anyone out of place. Nothing suspicious turned up but he couldn’t shake the feeling. The rain was coming down furiously outside the mansion tonight. Throwing on his leather jacket Logan headed out into the storm. He and Scott had had another major disagreement with the way things were being run with the X-Men and X-Force. The argument was nothing over the top but the usual threat of Logan leaving or Scott kicking him off the team like always, neither ever following through permanently. With that though Logan set out into town to his favorite place to brood and get a drink. Sitting in a booth at the back of the dimly lit bar, Logan slouched watching the dancer on stage while sipping on a beer. Leaning back in the booth he lowered his cowboy hat over his face some, relaxing a bit. One of the scantly dressed waitresses brought another drink over to his table, sitting it down clumsily. Logan noticed she had left a note sitting face down on the table. He asked the girl who had given her the note and she pointed to a figure up at the bar that remained in the shadows. Looking back down Logan picked up the note and began to read. "You think you stopped Romulus, you were wrong. The things you don’t know will kill you!" When he looked back up after reading the note the man that was at the bar was gone. Logan searched the room for the man and spotted him just as he disappeared out the back exit leading into the alley way. Turning the table over as he leapt from the booth, he took off towards the door. Hurtling the stage runway he came up just a few feet from the exit. Startled the dancer covered up and ran for the back.

Logan burst through the back door. He was suddenly knocked senseless and found himself on the wet asphalt as the rain continued to pour. Blood trickling down Logan's face, Slade stood with a smoking pistol in his hand. He knew it wouldn't kill him but it would get his point across. Slade had been waiting just outside the door and shot Logan in the temple as his head emerged outside. Logan climbed to his feet with a look of anger in his eyes. Looking at his attacker he saw the man was dressed to fight and heavily armed with weapons from knives, to guns, to explosives. Logan thought to himself that his attacker must know his reputation. Then he noticed the sword on the man’s back. It wasn’t just any sword, it was his Achilles heel. It was the Muramasa Blade. Somehow this guy had acquired it. Knowing he had to be on his toes, he picked up his hat and extended his claws. Expecting this Slade drew his sword and prepared to fight. He had planned for this all along in fact.

Standing in an alley as the rain slowed to a drizzle, Deathstroke stared down at the bloody body of Logan. He was a man many said could not be killed. As the last of the rain began to subside, Slade wiped the Muramasa Blade clean with a silk cloth as the last bit of blood dripped off the blade down onto the pavement. After wiping the blade clean, Slade replaced it back in his sheath on his back. Walking to the end of the alley, he deactivated the cloak on his midnight black 1969 Boss, Mach 1 Mustang. Raising the trunk he pulled out a duffle bag. Placing it on the ground, Slade unzipped the bag and inserted the blade off his back inside. Then withdrawing his normal gear, he armed himself and placed the bag in the passenger seat and climbed in. Starting the engine the muscle car roared to life.

Moments later…

After giving Logan a chance to cool down Scott decided to go and try to work things out with him. He had been to the bar Logan frequented every now and then when he was feeling a little down. Pulling up in front of the brick building, Scott parked just a little ways from the doors and climbed out of his jacked up red Jeep Wrangler. Making his way inside he stepped through the caddy cornered entrance that prevented a view inside from the outside. The lighting was dim as he began looking around for Logan at the tables. Soon he realized Logan was nowhere to be seen. Walking up to the bar he asked some drunks and the bartender if they had seen a short guy, in a cowboy hat and brown leather jacket with long sideburns had come there tonight. The bartender explained he had caused a small disturbance when he made his way out the back door. He calmly walked to the back exit figuring Logan had gone outside to get some air. Stepping out into the alley way he saw something he thought he never would have. Logan was laid out in a bloody mess. Normally when you saw Logan bleeding the blood stopped as quickly as it appeared. Immediately Scott noticed Wolverine was not healing. His blood had pooled on the wet asphalt and the moon gleamed off the adamantium skeleton that was exposed. Scott could not believe his eyes. Looking up and down the alley he searched frantically for any sign of Logan’s killer. At the opening leading to a side street, Scott saw the tail lights and heard the roar of a strong engine. Quickly he blasted the back tire disabling the car.

Suddenly a luminous red glow rocked the back end of the car. Slade got out knowing exactly who had disabled his car. He had seen Cyclops through the media and in some reports while studying his former target, Logan. Slamming the car door, Slade made his way back into the alley. With a flick of his wrist he extended his staff. Rounding the corner of the car, stepping back into the alley he pointed the staff in Scotts direction and a blast of energy fired out. Diving for cover Scott landed back inside the bar. Scrambling to his feet he waited, ready to blast the murderer when he came through the doorway. Then out of nowhere an explosion sent bricks and sparks flying everywhere. People inside scattered trying to get out of the way as the song Porn Star dancing blared through the speakers. Slade emerged through the new whole in the wall as the dust settled in the dark bar, lit only by neon red bulbs.

Using the shadows to his advantage, Slade had managed to get in close. Wielding his Promethium sword he attacked Cyclops’s one weakness, his hands. Swiping with the blade he managed to cut the tendons in Scott’s right hand. It hung limp, unable to be used. Quickly reaching for his visor with his left hand Scott felt pain rip through it as a bullet passed through shattering bone. Turning around he realized he was crippled and had no real way to fight back. Coming face to face with his attacker he felt the blade strike. Looking down in horror he saw the silver shine of the blade, even in the dark, stuck through his chest. Blood began to rise in his mouth as his knees suddenly felt weak and he fell to his knees. Twisting the sword for good measure, Slade pulled it back out as the red glow behind Cyclops’s visor began to fade. Walking out the front door, at least what was left of it after the fight, Slade headed towards Scott’s jeep. Climbing in, he hotwired it and the car came to life. He then drove around to the back alley in order to grab the supplies from his crippled car. Wincing from wounds, Slade pulled a device from his duffle bag as he drove down the street towards the airport. As he flipped a switch he watched in the rear view mirror as the bar erupted in a massive explosion.

Continuing on to the airport, his body began to heal itself. As he pulled up outside the hangar the sun began to rise. Suddenly his communicator began to go off signaling he had another message from his employer’s. He was then informed he had one more target before leaving the city. Climbing inside his private plane as it rested hidden inside the hangar, screens lit the interior delivering information on his next target and his whereabouts. According to his information the target was located in a facility just outside of town. Once feeling comfortable with the knowledge he had acquired about the facility and the occupants within, Slade climbed back inside the jeep and headed for the X-Men’s mansion.

One night after…

According to his information his best chance of remaining undetected would be after dark through a secret tunnel. So he stationed himself in the forest just outside of the mansion’s walls and waited until nightfall. As the moon raised high in the sky, Deathstroke watched the lights begin to go out inside the complex. He began his mission by going through an escape tunnel built into the mansion that was provided by his employer. Bypassing the video feed, he was able to loop the footage undetected and proceed through the tunnel closer to the mansion. Coming to a steel door, he placed a small but powerful magnetic device onto the door. The disabled the locks allowing the door to easily slide open. As the door opened fully Slade realized he was inside the library just as the designs had predicted. Quietly sneaking down the hall towards the stairs, he came upon a doorway. The kitchen light was on and the sound of pots and pans banging around quickly gave away that someone was still wide awake. Checking his corners Slade somersaulted in the air past the doorway landing without a sound on the other side. Like a shadow he made his way up the stairs and to the second floor. As he headed down the hallway he came to a stop in front of a door. The name on the door read Piotr Rasputin. Stepping lightly over to the bedside, Slade drew his sword to strike. Suddenly Piotr’s eyes opened as Slade brought the blade down on top of his heart. He had begun to change from flesh to metal but was too late. As he screamed in pain his body seemed to flash from flesh to metal rapidly, as blood began to seep from his nose and fill his mouth. Suddenly his arms fell to his side and his breathing stopped. The yell Colossus had uttered with his dying breath had awoken the rest of the inhabitants inside the mansion that night. Quickly wiping the blade clean, Slade dashed back down the hall as doors flung open. As he rounded the corner, Rockslide stepped into view at the bottom of the stairs. Behind him, Slade heard the footsteps of people coming down the hall.

Okay, the post I made here during maintenance has disappeared...

Good set-up, LEGACY, and nice redoing and blending of some of your previous stories. I don't think Slade can win here against all of these X-Men at once, though, despite his arsenal and info on them. He can probably kill a couple of the mutants before he's either subdued or has to make an escape.

I'm not that familiar with these four: Pixie, Anole, Rockslide and Prodigy. So can feats for them be posted, please?

http://marvel.wikia....wynn_(Earth-616) Pixie

http://marvel.wikia....wski_(Earth-616) Anole

http://marvel.wikia....arro_(Earth-616) Rockslide

http://marvel.wikia....eyne_(Earth-616) Prodigy

The above must be taken in context though. The battle that is going on here is while some were slightly weaker and they were just really learning their powers and how to fight as a team from beast in the xavier institute. (During Messiah Complex saga)

Well writ Legacy bro.

THESE X-men do not stand a chance. Best and Dust (might) make it out alive solely based on experience with varied challenges and Beast's smarts. It is either of two choices for Beast: Die or escape. As for Stroke, he wins in two situations: If he kills even two of them, and escapes (which he will), or kills em' all period. For the X-men, (These ones) there is no win situation here. Most of that is due to their 'unfamiliarity' with a conniving, calculating, consistently 'adapting' opponent like Slade. He will probably have them run into each other within the first few seconds; enough for Beast to decipher that they need to get away from this situation pronto. DS either by default, or by full ownage.

That actually sounds about right. Deathstroke would probably cut most of 'em down, but Beast may be smart enough to get any survivors to run the Hell away.

X-Men win. Prodigy can mimic the knowledge and skills of Deathstroke plus he will know Slade's attacks ahead of time. At this moment he has several fighting skills and knowledge of X-Men like Wolverine for example. Rockslide is powerful enough to deliver some solid and strong blows to Slade with his superhuman physical abiltiies. Then you have Armor with her psionic exoskeleton body armor which she can use. In addition she was trained in combat by Wolverine and in tactics by Cyclops. Dust could also go inside Slade and cut off his oxygen as she fills him with sand.

Yeah pre 52 Deathstroke loses here. Slade may kill a few but Prodigy, Armor, Rockslide, Dust, and Beast together as a team with their abilities put him down in the end. I think people only said Slade because they didn't know the abilities of these younger X-Men or have not read much about them.

Good set up.
