But seriously, Todd has fought Nightwing to a standstill before without the use of firearms. And he did this while he was exhausted from fighting the collective Bat Family. While he's distracted Nightwing can take him down All in all though, I think Nightwing still wins over the other two. Yeah... he got lucky.Just like he gets lucky when he dodges bullets at close range on a consistent basis.Like he got lucky when he successfully stood in for Batman and was praised by Alfred who claimed that no one could have done a better job. Yeah..the luck gods just love granting him the power to win via invisible magical pixie dust.. not. He didn't get lucky. He won Battle for the Cowl because he's the better combatant.If Jason was the better fighter he would have avoided being kicked off the train, but he didn't.He wasn't skilled enough to kick Grayson off the train and he wasn't skilled enough to win that fight. And you talk as if giving guns to Jason would matter?Jason couldn't even hit Green Arrow at point blank range in a fight that he eventually lost, how the hell is he going to shoot Nightwing? When Alfred said that Nightwing would be the best Batman, he obviously wasn't going to say Jason, because Jason kills, Jason doesn't represent what Batman stands for. That has nothing to do with whether Nightwing is better in combat than Jason Todd. Also, he dodges bullets from thugs with ludicrously bad aim, not by an expert marksman. He got tagged by Jason Todd before in the leg, and one shot from two automatic weapons is all it takes. Also, in the battle for the cowl, Todd was beating down Nightwing, had him on the ground, he was literally winning the whole fight before that, it's just that Nightwing managed to let loose one kick. I don't really believe Nightwing can stomp Red Hood nor am I sure if he can even defeat Red Hood alone.
