Only way to win is a KO or Submission. The fight does not end until only one is left. The respective universes are in the audience for support but are unable to interfere. Not in the way Daredevil or Nightwing are, using aim-dodging or just bad writing to avoid being shot, but actually being able to move as fast or faster than bullets. Have you seen how fast he moved in Fear Itself and other comics throughout the years? Plenty of proof. Daredevil has dodged bullets, but not because he has standard super-speed, but because he was either aim-dodging or he reacted fast enough. This is outside the range of human variation and would require something better than a non-enhanced human nervous system. Then again, I'm probably overthinking this. Nightwing gets taken down early, DD finishes Snake Eyes off after a tough fight. I think i have to agree with this. Daredevil is so highly skilled and his four enhanced senses help so much that he should be able beat the highly skilled mute ninja, although it would be Hella hard.
