Match 13071 Clark Kent (Smallville) and Oliver Queen (Smallville) vs. Kroenen and Ultraman (DC)

Superman and Green Arrow stood on the roof of a warehouse in downtown Metropolis as they observed the traffic of weapons and stolen Cadmus technology from one of Intergang’s warehouse to the trucks in the loading dock area. “Those are some damn impressive weapons. Powerful, well made, and all that. I wonder where Intergang got their hands on those weapons.†Green Arrow said as he looked on curious. Superman still silent observed the transition as he wondered that to himself before speaking. “I don’t know but I am growing tired of Intergang. Ever since they came to Metropolis crime has soared through the roof.†Superman said with a bit of annoyance in his voice. “Funny I thought that was because someone with the powers of a god dressed in spandex came to town and some idiots like Livewire wanted to give you a run for your money.†Green Arrow said as he laughed.

 

“Alright men we have everything loaded and we are ready to go. Let’s a get a move on and secure everything for transportation. Our partners wouldn’t be happy if we failed and let one of these idiot heroes interfere.†A voice from the shadows spoke to the workers in a serious and frightening tone as they headed to their trucks quickly as to not anger him.

 

 

 

“Clark?†Green Arrow looked at Superman who was x-raying the shadows to see who the mysterious voice was.

 

 

 

Superman looked at the mysterious figure who appeared to be dressed in Nazis sort of gear and had a metal form to him. “Um did Metallo get a makeover? Then again he was American…†Green Arrow joked out loud. “I don’t know who he is but from what I say with my x-ray he is anything but human and appears to have some interesting metal weapons on him. Looks like we have new some game in town. He looks like a bad attempt at a Terminator†Superman said with interest. Green Arrow laughed as the men drove off. “HA…HA….God the world must be coming to an end if you’re making an attempt at a joke.†Laughed Green Arrow. Green Arrow got up as he strapped on his jet boosters. “So are we gone take these guys out or what? Green said as he was ready to take off. “Not yet let’s see where their heading first before we jump into action. Aren’t you always telling me it’s best to look at the situation in every aspect before jumping right in?†said Superman as he flew off to follow the men from a distance as Green Arrow followed in his jet boosters. “So you were listening. How nice to know my speeches pay off.†Said Green Arrow as the two followed the men in the trucks as the metal leader had gotten in his own vehicle to follow his workers.

 

 

 

After 20 minutes the Superman and Green Arrow had followed the men across Metropolis to Suicide Slums. A flying figure appeared in front of the trucks. Dressed in a costume similar to Superman but with different symbols. The trucks stopped as the men and Kroenen got out as they walked to the flying figure. “Oh seriously where the hell do all your Supermen come from?†groaned Green Arrow as he looked at the site of another powerful being who looked to be another version of Clark. “I don’t know but he isn’t the Ultraman I know even though he has the same symbol. That Ultraman has no way of coming back here and seemed to have a sort of change of heart when he left. Plus he would never wear a costume. I wish I knew where all these other kryptonians kept coming from.†Superman spoke annoyed another evil Supermen actually existed. “Must be from this multiverse me and Chloe discovered exited out there. “ Well that’s just great. I’m getting tired of seeing my own people no matter where they come from. Okay let’s take care of this. Be cautious as we don’t know what their capable of. “Superman said as he blasted off toward Ultraman as a boom was heard.

 

 

 

Bam! Bam!

 

Superman rushed Ultraman as he hit with rapid punches that sent him flying into the air. Superman increased his speed as he shot up into the air and grabbed Ultraman as he super speed him in the air away from Metropolis. Within seconds the two Supermen while trading punches came crashing down through the fortress. Both men got up as Ultraman laughed as Superman got up and was ready to battle. “Here is the deal. That was my warning as I have a bad history with kryptonians. Tell me where you came from and please be quick about it. I have an appointment later on.†Superman spoke in an annoyed voice. “Heh I can tell you going to be much fun then that other boy scout. I simply came to your world because I am going to rule it. I am going to kill you and your friends you have running around the globe. I just caused that little trafficking of goods with Kroenen to attract your attention. Oh and I hope your friend Robin Hood is good because Kroenen is one hell of an assassin who has been around a long time. Don’t worry about Lois I will take good care of her. Does that explain everything?†Ultraman said with a grin.

 

Wham!

 

Superman hit Ultraman as he flew through several crystals in the fortress. He followed it up with a blast of heat vision that sent a couple of crystals crashing down on Ultraman. Ultraman got up smiling as he cracked his knuckles. “Is that the best you got boy scout? I will tell you what you don’t mind getting rough huh? Time for you to die now! â€Ultraman flew toward Superman at super speed. “ Yea that won’t be happening and I will get rid of you one way or another. I brought you here for a reason. Once I am done I will check on my friend but chances are he would be finished with your metal friend. Plus from what I gathered you don’t seem to know where you are or care. Your obviously not as smart as you think are. Power isn’t always everything. †Superman spoke as he checked the fortress panel. He was going to have to time the moment right to open the portal and send Ultraman into the phantom zone. Ultraman was too busy running his mouth to even notice or get the hint what he was up to thought Superman.

 

“So what you’re waiting for bitch. Get your ass over here and let me school you like I did that other Superman.â€

Everyone has all their abilities, powers, and anything like that. Superman is trying to beat Ultraman and send him to the Phantom Zone. Ultraman doesn't know but Ultraman's goal obviously is to kill Superman. Kroenen will fight Green Arrow back in Metropolis. Superman if he succeeds in defeating Ultraman and sending him to the Phantom Zone will go check on Green Arrow. Of course in the Green Arrow vs Kroenen fight no one is holding back.

The two supermen are, roughly, overall equal, obviously, but i think Ultraman is at least slightly superior, in terms of physical power, and he's far more ruthless, so i'd say he wins his fight with Clark Kent, but not easily. Also, Ultraman might not be able to kill Kent, as he is extremely durable, but he could definitely KO him, and then toss him into the Phantom Zone, or something, but he might be able to kill him, i'm just not positive.

 

Kroenen would kill Green Arrow, after a decent fight. Arrow has the skills and physical prowess to avoid some hits and land some of his own, and, obviously, he's incredible with a bow, and has the long-range advantage, but Kroenen deflected bullets, so he's definitely fast, and skilled, enough to get some nasty hits in on Arrow. Also, Kroenen is fast enough to slice the arrows out of the air before they hit him, not that he'd have to, as they wouldn't do much damage to him at all. So, as i said, Kroenen wins this, eventually.

 

Team 2 wins this, in the end.

Idk. Clark was strong enough to push the planet Apokolips away with relative ease. As far as Green Arrow goes I think he could stall long enough until Clark shows up.

The set-up was pretty good and I give you an A. I voted for Clark and Ollie but that being said I really did not like Smalleville after about season 4 or 5. The reasons for my vote is because Clark has a lot of experience and Ultraman should not be much of a threat. I mean it will be a tough battle but in the end Clark should be able to find a way to stop him. As for Kroenan, that one will be a little harder in the sense of what he is. I may try to watch seasons 9 and 10 one day but I just don't feel like getting into it. I guess right now I have become a pretty big fan of Arrow (mainly because I like the direction of it and how it is pretty much a Nolan-like version of the character.) Then there is my other favorite Supernatural and I am getting into Once Upon a Time. I really haven't seen much of The Walking Dead but that's the next series I really want to start on. I guess I just feel like I really don't have time for another series right now.

Smallville's best seasons are 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Those are awesome and the rest were good with some being okay.

Eh, the first couple of seasons were my favorites. It really started going downhill after they got rid of Lex and his father, IMO.

Yeah but then Season 8 came and since then it was excellent. Season 7 was good but had some bad episodes for sure. I love me my Cassidy Freeman who played Tess Mercer. She was perfect on that show.

Pre-52 Ultraman won't really be an easy fight for Clark. If he's stronger and faster than two combined comics Supermen, then he very likely has Smallville's Clark physically outclassed as well. The two things Clark has going for him is that's he probably smarter than Ultraman and he has all the tools of his Fortress to play with. So, Clark can win, but it won't be that easy. If all of the important Fortress controls get smashed in their scuffle, Clark probably won't stand a chance.

 

Oliver's best chance to beat Kroenen is to keep his distance and try to pelt him down with some powerfully armed arrows, as Ollie wouldn't have that good of a chance up close. Kroenen is quick enough to deflect most arrows that come directly at him, so Ollie's best bet would be to shoot some decoy arrows at Kroenen, then shoot an EMP arrow in Kroenen's vicinity to shut down his gadgetry.

Ultraman is stronger than the standard comic book Superman, or at last as strong as he is, so he outclasses Clark Kent physically. See below for another source on the matter.

Your point about Kent having some toys to play with is a good one, but i doubt it'll help him much, if at all, as Ultraman is far too malicious to give Kent the chance get his hands on anything and will be bombarding him with ferocious, super-strong hits within a second. Kent could win, but it isn't very likely at all.

Again, you made a good point, this time about the option for Arrow to distract Kroenen with some arrows before firing a more powerful one, although i don't think an EMP would be that useful in this scenario, as Kroenen's heart is not an electrical device but a clockwork one. However, i think one of his hands is mechanical, so it might shut that down. Also, he's far too fast for Arrow to hit him with any arrows, and his skills and physical durability mean that as soon as he gets close enough to Arrow he will strike him down with ease.

Clark Kent is physically inferior to Ultraman, though, so Kent can't take as many hits from Ultraman as Ultraman can from him. Also, as i said before, Ultraman will use his strength and speed much more lethally than Kent. Ultraman would win his fight with Kent, eventually.

 

And Arrow has no way of taking down the incredibly fast, skilled and durable Kroenen. He'd give the German assassin a good fight, but he wont beat him. This is an eventual win for team 2.
