Aragorn is a full on badass, but he's never shown the ability to dodge such expertly aimed arrows. I think Legolas is more likely to win, but it seems a little strange to me that a single archer would be enough to easily defeat him. Perhaps it's because he's such a big name in the films and novels. Someone should've told Sauron that all he needs to defeat the Fellowship and reclaim the one ring is to hire a trained marksman.
