Though I love how you accuse me of bullshitting, then go on to list a bunch of Quasar's "defeats" that never actually happened. He never even MET Sentry or Mar-Vell (who was dead before Quasar's first appearance, and whose death was the reason Quasar got his powers in the first place), and he never fought Nova, to my knowledge. It appears I got confused with Sentry. When supernova had the full nova force he was defeating quaser, about 12 avengers, the fantastic four and firelord. The point is, if he had "infinite energy" he could use at a whim, he would kill everything in one shot, or at least be able to hold Hercules in a construct. Also, he grows tired with the use of his powers. Hal Jordan is just undeniably more powerful. Also, I did some research, and Quasar can't manipulate or protect against extradimensional energies (which is where the ring's energy comes from), nor can it defend against psionics (which Hal uses), and matter manipulation (which Hal uses). Superman would beat most versions of Spawn due to speed, heat vision, and the power to dish out enough hurt to send him back to hell. Superman wins.
