Guest sirmethos Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 Current. There is no Doomsday in the New 52(yet), so that's Modern, Pre-Flashpoint Doomsday then. Doomsday wins. That version of Doomsday is, in some ways, even more powerful than the H/P version, copying useful(to him) powers(that he doesn't already have) from his opponents, like copying the power to fly from Steel, and a body armor, enhancing his already impressive durability. But before that he was killed in New Krypton by Superman and a bunch of others. I mean I could continue but the point is current Doomsday is not more powerful then HP in my view. If you read what I said a bit more closely, you would notice that I added the qualifier "in some ways even more powerful". While H/P Doomsday is upgraded from the original, in that he adapts instantly, rather than after being killed. 'current' Doomsday, not just adapts, but can also directly copy/absorb powers from others. Which is definitely an upgrade from H/P Doomsday.
