Good vs Evil collided in the small town and it seemed the fight was going in the way of Darkness. Blood was spilled from a jawline of a Vampire Queen. The sharp claw of Mina slashed open the face of Marishka. The pain of the Vampire Queen echoes and grabs the attention of her fellow queens of power. Sawyer open fire a spray of silver bullets to pierce the pail flesh of Aleera. “AAAAHHHH!!!!†The screech was heard all over the battlefield. Her body in midflight turned to ash. Marishka saw her comrade coming to her aid but in the end seeing her fall in to a pile of her demise. Verona, grabs Mina from her back and threw her off Marishka. Zorro ran through the panic crowd and bent his knees, the Masked Swordsman jumped in to the air and gripped a tree branch, like an Olympian he swung around it multiple times to gain more velocity in the air. Once at a good speed he’d back flip off the branch and draw his sword back, in the shoulder of Verona was pierced by the hard steel. Zorro was then swatted back with a fierce blow from Verona. Quatermain and shot one time. The bullet whistled through the air and penetrated the skull of Verona. Marishka couldn’t believe this and where was Mina? “Get around him!†Yelled Nemo as the Wolf-Man was slashing Hyde. Hyde then gripped a wrist of Wolf-Man and with his mechanical arm he slugged the Wolf-Man sending him through a few walls of a barn. Frankenstein came from behind and bear hugged Nemo. The Captain kicked and struggled to get out, Nemo head butted Frankenstein but caused no pain to the mindless controlled monster. Invisible Man jumped on Frankenstein’s back and open the skull revealing the electrical device in his head. Skinner was about turn it off until he’s grabbed by Frankenstein and thrown toward Nemo who is trying to catch his breath. The Frankenstein Monster picked up a horse carriage like a sheet of paper He whines it back and threw it toward the two League members. They both looked up but Anna ran toward them along with Zorro. Zorro threw is cape over both men to find Skinner and with suck perfect execution, Anna and Zorro rolled up front flipped toward Nemo and Skinner. Zorro grabbed Skinner and Anna grabbed Nemo saving them from the carriage. It crashed behind them and Frankenstein was furious. He ran toward them but Nemo and Zorro drew their blades, along with Anna. Zorro stabbed the chest, Nemo stabbed the shoulder and Anna stabbed the other shoulder, Skinner with a hammer from one of the barns swatted it across Frankenstein’s head from behind and knocked the brute out cold. From behind them, Van Helsing is sent flying and hitting the ground. Dracula in his form is flying toward them but Mina intercepted and speared Dracula to the ground. Van Helsing grips his left side and directly in front of him Marishka is ready to devour his throat. Quatermain and Sawyer shoot at the same time, Sawyer shot her head while Quatermain shot her heart. At the same time from both bullets she is completely turned to bust. Mina drew a fist back but was caught by Dracula and with a fierce bite to her shoulder she yells in pain but Hyde grabbed Dracula off of Mina and attempted to throw him but Dracula grabs Hyde by his throat and threw him toward Mina, who then leaps over Hyde and swatted her foot across Dracula. Wolf-Man is slowly recovering from his slug fest with Hyde. He growls toward Hyde but Dracula realizes, his wives are dead and if they figure out his only weakness they will capitalize on it. Dracula: “This is not over, I shall avenge my brides with your blood!†Mina: “That’s you think, monster!†She ran toward Dracula who turned in to multiple bats and took Wolf-Man with him. She stopped in her tracks and Helsing walked toward her. Helsing: “We’ll get him.†Mina: “I will have my revenge for what he turned me in to.†Quatermain: “It’s strange, silver didn’t work on him. Sawyer and I blasted at him and nothing.†Mina: “Because he’s the original. We must stop him, we cannot leave until he is destroyed!†Anna: “I agree with what she said. He will come back, vengeful ad bloodlusted. Feed on this town.†Helsing: “Then lets go.†After the quick conversation the made it to his castle or what seemed like it. The League looked around, wondering if they can find anything to open this wall. Mina looked closely at the corner of the painting of the two knights fighting. “Look at this.†She told her fellow League members. “A werewolf fighting Dracula.†Helsing: “That’s it….only thing that can kill Dracula is a werewolf. Funny he has one as a pet.†JAPAN It has been years since the dreadful day for the fight for freedom. The male looks at his window reminiscing about his fellow brother in arms, Katsumoto. The former Colonel lowered his head, he prompted his forearm on the window ceil above him. He inhaled the air around him and released it in a sigh. It woke someone up, the love of his life, Taka. Her long black/gray air draped down over her left shoulder. She could feel the thoughts of Nathan Algren. She got up from their bed and walked toward him. Her skinny arms wrapped around his bared chest and with a soft loving kiss to the back of his neck it soothed his mind. He turns around to meet her beauty. “I never thought I’d find peace. But, I still missed him after all these years.†Nathan explained to her and she responded with a smile then replied. “Need not to worry, my love. He wouldn’t have thought no one else better to take care of his family. Don’t think of it was disrespecting him but keeping your promise that you will take care of me and his son, your step son.†Algren looks down at floor and nodded his head at her words. She was right. Katsumoto loved him like a brother, as if he was born bread Japanese. Nathan kisses Taka sweetly on her lips and with a smile of assurance that he is doing the right thing. Staying. He walked to the room of his now older step son. After checking up on the young lad, Nathan made his way to a secret room of the house. That only the family knows about and no outsiders or guests. His arms extended forward and he slid the doors open. He looked at the Samurai armor and all its crimson beauty. Even after all these years, he is still training, never stopped. Nathan grips his katana and with a feeling surge of honor and heroism he begins to train throughout the night. MEANWHILE IN A VILLAGE OF JAPAN Three men are one horses, on top of a hill. The male on the left is looking over the green grass and small village they’re supposed to attack. “Moran, lead his men.†Commanded Professor Moriarty. Armand looks toward Moran before he left “And send a few knights along with you.†Moran obeys his two superiorities but as he was about to leave to do his job. He is gripped by his arm by another who joined them. Moran looked at the hand of the male then toward the male himself. The villainous American stated. “You said that this was supposed to be a lot of loot for me and my crew. But instead of being led by me, you want them to be led by an Englishmen who betrayed his own country? I am the only one who leads my men, Moriarty. Not you or anyone else.†Moriarty: “Do you not want this mission to be successful? Then I advise you let go of my Colonel or I will have you killed and your men become mine.†Armand: “We spared you because your cunning thoughts can be beneficial to our cause. You tried to rob our money and weapons train. Be glad you’re here and not buried in the desert where you belong.†The male let go with a frown of payback thought up in his mind. Moran, the Mysterious Male, and the Mysterious Man’s crew rode down the hill during the night and begins to shoot up the village. “Make the ground wet with blood, boys!†Yelled out the Mysterious Man. Bullets are heard piercing the hopeless villagers. Nathan looked over his left shoulder and toward the window. He runs toward his step son’s room to wake him up. “Get under the bed, now.†He ran to his room and his wife, Taka met him in the hall. She obeyed Nathan Algren and gets under the bed with her son. Nathan put on his casual clothing and goes outside with his two katana’s and dagger. He crawls out of the house from the back and kept low, during the cold blooded coated night. In his thoughts, Algren stated….this doesn’t seems like Japanese guards. These can’t be….Americans.†He peaks his head out and low and behold, a 10 man crew of lawless cowboys. Nathan couldn’t believe what he was seeing how is this even possible to get over here to Japan? He didn’t worry about that now. Four men got off their horses and began to enter houses. Nathan went to work. He ran pass the horses and from the back, he’s thrust his katana in to the back of one of the men who was trying to enter a house. It grabbed the attention of the other nine, along with Moran and The Mysterious Man, which is what Nathan wanted. To get all of their attention to him so they won’t disrupt any other villagers or houses. They surrounded Nathan and Moran stated. “Kill him.†Five got off their horse unsheathing their booy knives and Nathan closed his eyes, visualizing the battle scene in his mind. If he does his movements rightly he will slay the five in a matter of twenty seconds. His eyes quickly shot open and the one behind tried to stab Nathan but with a twist of his katana he slid his blade in to the gut of the male with an outward swipe he rip the male in half, the rest attack wildly and Nathan turned while unsheathing his other katana and slicing the stomach open of the other male who was running behind him. He stepped forward and uppercuts two man with the end of his handles. After he’d swung his blades upward and slicing them open from the chest to their forehead. The last of the five looked on in fear he as Nathan and him were circling each other. Moran and The Mysterious Male got off their horses and walking in front of the fearful male. The other five kept silent. “Pretty nifty moves you got there. From the look of your suit you seem American, am I right?†Nathan stayed silent to Moran’s words. “Bring them out, lad.†Stated Moran. Nathan looks over Moran’s shoulders and seeing his wife and step son dragged to the ground and tied up. His face expression said it all. The Mysterious Male stated “Oh, I see now. So you left the good states, came to Japan and married a yellow bitch? I must say she does looks gorgeous. I might have a little fun with her.†Nathan: “Touch her and you’re a dead man.†Moran: “Pay no attention to my colleague, he can be irrational at times. But, you killed five of my men.†Mysterious Man: “No, my men.†Moran: “Moriarty’s and Armand’s men.†Nathan: “I don’t care who’s men they are but if you do not release my family there will be consequences.†Moran: “So you say. We have guns. You have two swords.†Moran nudged his head and the guy from behind extends his gun and with a back swipe like light speed, his hand is cut off by Nathan. Moran shoots Nathan as he cut off the other man’s hand. Nathan falls to his knees and his grabbed by his arms by two men. Moran stepped behind Nathan and grabbed a handful of his long brown/gray hair. Nathan struggled but Moran continued to torment him. Moran: “You see them? Crying? That’s your family and because of your stupidity they’re going to die.†Nathan: “No! No!†Moran: “Yes, yes. When I put a bullet in both their skulls, remember that I didn’t kill them. You did by trying to play hero. You remind me so much of Sherlock.†Moran let go of Nathan and the Mysterious Man grabbed Nathan’s head to make him watch. Tears filled Taka’s hues while her son was crying out for Nathan to save him. “No! Listen, listen! Take me please kill me not them!†Moran just smiled at Nathan and turned his attention back to Taka and her son. Moran extended a pistol and shot Taka directly in her skull. The blood splattered while Nathan yelled in tears. “NO! DAMN YOU NO!!!!!†He struggled more but three guys holding him down and finally a bullet pierces his stepson’s head. “NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!†Moran looks walk up to the held Nathan and extended his pistol forward. “Your heart is broken. Let me fix it to where you can’t feel the pain anymore.†After Moran said that, he shot Nathan in the heart and Nathan fell over. LONDON AFTER JAPAN Shots whistled pass Dr. Watson’s head. “You my goodness, that man is good.†The Good Doctor kept low and crawled as Moran was shooting at him. Watson returned fire but Moran is just too good in firearms. “Come on, you’re a doctor! How are you expected to compete with me in a gun fight?!†He chuckled at this thought if Watson thought he actually stood a chance. The chuckling quickly stopped, he felt a blade at his throat and from the shadows The Last Samurai showed himself. “I’ll gladly help the doctor with the victory.†Moran: “I….I killed you. I hit your heart.†Nathan: “No you only hit a metal plate.†Nathan threw down the picture of Katsumoto the was encased in a metal frame. Moran: “You bastard.†Nathan: “You’re soon to be a dead one.†As Nathan was about to cut the throat, knights entered shooting toward Watson and Nathan. They both ran for the back door and seeing Sherlock Holmes holding his cut right arm over a defeated Jack The Ripper. “Oh, Watson I think it’s a deep cut this time. And it really really hurts.†Watson rolled his eyes helped Sherlock up. “How is this, Watson?†The Doctor replied to Sherlock’s words. “I don’t even know but he’s here to help. Let’s get going.†The three made a break for it and escaping with the victory. During that night they snuck their way to the escape ship from the Nautilus. Sherlock: “Ouch ouch ouch, my arm. Watson if you hurt me I was break your jugular.†Watson: “Sure, Holmes. You’re still a selfish bastard.†The two chuckled then looked to Nathan. Watson: “Thanks for your help, I’m John Watson and this is Sherlock Holmes.†Nathan: “Nathan Algren.†Sherlock: “So, Mr. Algren what brings you to London? I’m sure America has fine wine of its own.†Nathan: “….the man who was shooting at John. He killed my family. He killed my family in front of me.†Sherlock: “….†Watson: “….†Sherlock: “Um, I did not know that so sorry for what I previously said.†Nathan: “He attacked my village with a group of lawless men. Cowboys. I want to know why.†Watson: “That’s easy, world domination. There is a big picture here than just besides the attack on your village.†Sherlock: “Yes, he must have attacked your village to send an example to Japan to surrender or not.†Nathan: “I will avenge my family and my village. When we find Moran, his head is mine.†They can feel the seriousness in his voice and see it in his eyes. Holmes and Watson didn’t argue that point. But, Watson suggested something. “You come with us, we can help you accomplish what you want. We’re going to Transylvania to meet up with a few friends….or a league of some sorts.†TRANSYLVANIA MEET UP WITH THE LEAGUE Day’s passed and Sherlock, Watson, and Nathan met up with the rest of the league in Transylvania. A knock on the door is heard and Skinner peaks through the door. “Oh, is them.†He opens the door and enters Sherlock, Watson, and Nathan. The League looks at the trio and with quick authority as usual Quatermain asked while pointing toward Nathan. “Who is this?†Sherlock steps forward. “A man who lost his family at the hand of Moran, Moriarty’s right gunman.†Quatermain looked toward Nathan and nodded his head respectfully “Sorry for you loss. If you want your revenge….†Nathan interrupted and stated in a response. “I’m in.†Quatermain smiled at this. “You agreed as did she.†Anna Valerious stepped forward introduced herself to Sherlock, Watson, and Nathan. “Anna Valerious, another new member of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.†The three shake her hand and began to walk toward the round table. Quatermain: “We were successful in defeating Dracula. But only he and Wolf-Man escaped. We’re devising a plan to get inside his domain.†Anna: “We figured out that we need a werewolf….yeah a werewolf to defeat Dracula for good.†Sherlock: “So what’s the plan?†Anna: “We figured to enter his domain and find Wolf-Man, in his human form….he’s my brother.†Helsing: “And turn him to our side.†Skinner: “That’s if we even find the fur ball." MEANWHILE Blood slid through the throat of Dracula as he continues to think of his defeat against the LXG. He putted his cup down with a hard thud and cracked the table. He misses his loves, his wives. They were the only ones that made feel like loving. He looks at the dark corners of his massive castle as he stayed in thought of this. Suddenly, in his anger a loud yell is heard echoing through his walls. He leaned forward and pressed his palms on the table, he felt pain….even though he’s dead. Moriarty: “Ah, son of the devil of himself.†Dracula with a growl looked over his shoulder toward the Professor. The eyes of the Vampire King glowed with furious rage. He began to walk toward Moriarty as he spoke to him. “How did you enter my cold domain? It matters not because your throat will mine!†Dracula’s fangs lengthened and Moriarty just smiled at his response. Moriarty puts his hand in front of him to alert Dracula that he isn’t the enemy. Moriarty responded before Dracula did what he wanted with him. “Dracula, I am not your enemy. We want the same thing. I knew there had to be a catch about her. I figured if she was bitten then the legend might possibly still be alive.†Moriarty smiled wickedly at Dracula and then bowed toward him and after, continued to speak. “The legend of Dracula still lives. I am Professor Moriarty and how I got inside is with a little help.†The Professor stood upright and continued. “I have the powers of every league member, besides those who are human. I was going to have our men drink Mina’s blood but, why not yours? You’re stronger, faster, more durable. We want to make a deal Dracula.†The Professor stopped in his words as Dracula begins to pace back and forth. Dracula responded to Moriarty. “Who is ours?†The Professor nudges his head and Armand comes down with a few knights. Armand bows his head toward Dracula and states. “We are in your service.†Armand looks toward Moriarty when their plan was to just use Dracula for his blood. Dracula looks at the two and seeing the three statues of his wives. He turns around to face the villainous duo. “The League will have their throats ripped open! You have deal, but if you double cross me….†Dracula with his speed grabbed a knight and sunk his teeth inside his throat and ripped it open, the blood hitting the suit of Moriarty, Armand, and the face of Moran and Jack The Ripper. The mouth of Dracula is dripping blood as his eyes glow and tosses the lifeless knight in to the log fire. “That’s what will happen to all of you.†Dracula showed his dominance and Moriarty smiled at their new ally. Later that night, Nemo is going over the weapons of all his allies in the League. “Yes that should be good enough.†Nathan took his katana’s and dagger and asked The Captain a question. “How did you do that?†Captain Nemo responded. “I laced your weapons with a more powerful silver substance to combat vampires as well as yours too, Zorro.†The Masked Man took his blade and sheathed it. He gave his respects to Nemo. They meet up with the others in the main hall of Anna’s Castle and Quatermain takes lead as usual. “I am late in years. Old. I can’t do much as you others can. I can’t even keep up with The Captain.†Quatermain smiled and continued. “But I am proud of what we’ve become. All different types of nationalities coming together under one goal, to save the world. What we have right now, this very room let no man break apart. We are The LXG! The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. We will show the world what we are. Heroes and a family.†He lifts up his glass and stated. “Cheers.†They all replied to Quatermain. “Cheers!†LATER THAT NIGHT ON PATROL Zorro: “Keeping patrol is quite the job, ay amigo?†Nathan: “Yeah, I guess so.†Zorro: “I wonder how Van Helsing and Mina are doing on the other side.†Nathan: “Their job." Zorro: “You’re not a talkative person, are you.†Nathan: “Just….thinking about something.†Zorro: “Listen, amigo. I know what it’s like to lose family. My brother was killed. But I have a new family now a wife and son. What they did to you I will gladly sink my blade in to the heart of the bastard, because if anything happened to Elena or my son….I’d to the same. From a swordsman to another.†Nathan looks over to de la Vega, with a nod of respect they shook hands. A growling roar is heard and it catches the attention of Zorro and Nathan. They run to where the roar came from and in the hands of the monster he holds a woman in his arms and eating her guts out, blood and body parts cover the ground as Nathan and Zorro look in horror. From out the shadows came the Wolf-Man. He roared and Nathan and Zorro grips their blades, ready to combat the monster. But then they here another, one of the knights was bitten purposely by the Wolf-Man thanks to Dracula and Moriarty’s scheme. They decided to test this new werewolf with its maker, Wolf-Man. Nathan and Zorro unsheathe their blades and gets ready for combat. (It’s Nathan Algren from the Last Samurai and Zorro from the Legend of Zorro vs Wolf-Man (Van Helsing 2004 version) and a knight that was bitten by Wolf-Man (a werewolf 2004 version of Helsing). Sorry this took so long I was trying to added a few villains for this arc but I can never get it right so I had to switch up the fight to put Nathan in the League since I wrote so much and sorry if there is too much going on Chapter 4 also. Guest Dinsdale Piranha Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 Does Zorro have the special sword "Justine" that he did in the Allende novel? If he does, he has a much better chance. The sword is an amalgam of silver and iron bound together into a better-than-steel alloy by Gypsy alchemy. The silver will allow it to kill Wolf-Man and Zorro is skilled enough to run him through before he gets mauled. Nathan Algren is only human and his katana is not magic or made of silver so he won't be able to hurt the werewolf, beyond inflicting cuts that will heal almost instantly. However, he is so skilled that this may keep the wolf off of him long enough for Zorro to finish Wolf-Man and help him. The other thing I wonder... does Nathan have silver bullets in his pistol. He's a deadly shot and could probably take the werewolf on his own if he has the right ammo. But, if Zorro does not have Justine, and Nathan does not have silver bullets, the heroes are dead meat... literally. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
