Since Itachi and Darth Maul don't like eachother, they won't work together to the degree that they need to kill him. And they're going to need both of them to do this. Iron Patriot can beat either of them alone. Becasuse the'll be secretly hoping that the other falls so that only one can take the glory of the mission, they'll be a little slow in helping the other out.
