This might depend on how quickly freeza uses a death beam, and if Magneto can dodge it, Iceman might take a little work though because i think he can regenerate efficiently

Regardless of whether or not Magneto can take down either of the DBZ'ers, Iceman can take both of them out on his own. And they have no way of taking him out.
