The reason that the DBZ fanboys are claiming him as a "galaxy buster", is a comment from Picollo, in response to a comment from Krillin. Namely: Krillin: "The Earth is doomed"Picollo: "No, the entire galaxy will cease to be." That, nothing more, nothing less, is what they are basing their claim on. Picollo could be saying that, if the DBZ dudes die on Earth, nothing stops Bill from going out and destroying every planet's population 1 by 1.
