C.T.
I beg to differ. I'm sorry, should have said without kryptonite ring too. Thought a genius like you would realize anyone can do that to Supes if they got a kryptonite ring.
Guest TERMINATOR-FAN
Spider-Man beat Thanos, much more powerful than Supes. Batman beats Galactus who would blink Thanos from existence. =/

Batman knocked the retardation out of Superman. 2. That was a lightning strike that hit Batman and knocked him away, not Superman who's half retarded. Guest Dinsdale Piranha
but tossing a train caboose and the small tank is in the 10 ton range they set for him back in the 90's they had him set at 15 tons and 40 times faster than an average human now he is at 10 tons and 15 times faster than an average human so those are not nonsence but well in the limets they set for him according to what came up on my google search anyways. Nope. That's not a caboose, it's a passenger car, and the standard modern passenger car weighs between 30-35 tons. A main battle tank weighs about 50 tons but you're right, this is smaller. It's poorly drawn so it's not clear exactly what it's supposed to be. The closest thing I can find right off is the British Scorpion light tank which is a little over 8 tons. Swinging it around like that is still quite a bit harder than lifting it and I would guess puts him in the 20-30 ton range. The 10 ton thing in Marvel Handbook is a pet peeve of mine. It's much stronger than anything Spidey ever demonstrated up to that point. Peter was supposed to have the proportionate strength of a spider. That's tricky to work with because nobody that I've found has ever measured a spider's strength. The strength of ants has been documented (mostly anecdotally) and the claims I find are that an ant can drag or carry anywhere from 35-50 times its own weight. IIRC, Peter weighs 160 so 35 times his weight would be 5600 lbs and 50 times would be 8000 lbs. In other words, it makes sense for Spiderman to me able to carry about 2-4 tons. Where they came up with 10 tins, I don't know. My guess is they just pulled a number that sounded good out of thin air. Of course, since that time writers have taken the 10 tons as gospel and have been really careless when it comes to how much things actually weigh. As a result his strength has often crept upward to absurd heights. [/rant]

Peypeypeypey
Well, okay. Thanks for the discussion guy.So Spiderman's the general consensus, eh? Fair enough. What about prep time? Say, 1 week prep time for each of them, with each having basic knowledge of the other.

Yes, TERMINATOR-FAN got suspended because he was depending himself against other users who were trolling and flaming him and chances are, you did nothing about them because you play favorites and allow others to troll and flame and when someone like TERMINATOR-FAN puts them in their place, he gets banned for it. You gave him a 30 day Ban I heard which is pathetic..... Especially when he didn't do anything that bad. You only warned him not to curse. You didn't say not to name call either. Yeah, it's not like one could just assume name-calling and general trolling is a no-no strictly out of common sense.[/sarcasm] Also, before you try to go and create yet another account, that's also not allowed here. C.T.
Hehe, "depending himself." Anyways, defending himself from what? Let's look through it again...He was the first one to use (mild) insults. He did the majority of the trash-talking. He seemed to get exceedingly insecure(and creative with his insults) about being called out on it. Seems pretty clear to me. Guest bigballerju
Current Spiderman with prep wins. Working at Horizon he could make himself all sorts of amazing gadgets and even a new more powerful suit that would take out Batman Beyond without much problem. Peter could do it within a week for sure. Peter Parker is a definite genius now when it comes to prep because he has so much tech and resources at Horizon for that intellect of his to have fun with. I mean Peter Parker is the guy who created a superhuman who could have been more powerful then Sentry with Alpha.

Indolent
I just took a look at Alpha. Even at 10% he doesn't seem to be impressive, least so with the limitation of being able to use only one power. Is there some context I'm missing?
