I'd say Domino has a good chance of winning this as her power could easily trigger some kind of very loud background noise to disorient Daredevil long enough for her to get the win. Daredevil wins and while her luck powers will give her some sort of advantage during the battle. In the end Daredevil can overcome it. It kind of depends on the situation she is in and her actions. That's what triggers her good luck. She could only do certain things like putting herself in danger or doing a certain action for her good luck powers to kick in. Domino has been shot before and beaten.
