I never saw her do that, though I was going off the two animated versions where she has minor to medium sized cantrips with occasional magneto level abilities if she really focuses. Too powerful for street level but next season all will be taken care of to do better on power levels. The different slots describing the powers are already up. And when Catwoman taped her mouth and kicked her out a window. Being a completely average human physically is what lets those kinds of street levellers take her down.
