Edit: To clarify further, Songbird possesses four massive advantages here: strength, durability, flight and size. He tears blimps, towers, and relatively large chunks of floating city out of the sky. He tanks bullets and rocket launcher blasts like they're nothing. He's extremely fast in the air. And... he has a wingspan of sixty feet, as I recall? Adam's oxidizing ability won't work because, even if the Songbird does have a blood flow (debatable imo as it's been said he's more machine than man), it's buried under tons of metal. He'd need an extreme amount of strength and a very, very sharp sword to cut through it. Basically, Adam can't do a whole lot to Songbird before Songbird utterly crushes him.
