Byakuya's only advantages would be kido spells (then I learn Polaris can absorb energy attacks) and I'm not sure if he could be harmed by magnetism since hes technically a soul. Also, he seems the most genre savvy to attack the person by flash stepping and slicing them from behind if they aren't quick enough to react. And this isn't getting into his shikai and bankai. However, since Polaris has magnetic control; if she can control Senbonzakura (which are just blades that resemble cherry blossoms) then it'll just be a repeat of Byakuya's fight against As Nodt...
