Given his anchor status I'd guess this rules some of the reality altering skills of Puck's? I'll probably wait just in case Puck's chooser has anything speed wise to show or if I find anything in research but the Flash seems to be the choice so far. Just check UMPIRE's starting post and under each character, there's a link to its Fantasy Team Page. Alright, I'm a bit late, but my pick is up. Now Puck is a trickster and, as mentioned, has pretty powerful magic. He once turned all of the humans of Manhattan into gargoyles (as well as Goliath's clan into humans), though he needed a high vantage point with an antenna to focus his magic to that wide an area. He could very well perform any manner of tricks on Flash, though he might have to trick Flash first somehow to keep from getting speed-blitzed (i.e., banter, transforming into a damsel-in-distress, etc.). Also, since this is Murderworld, Arcade very likely has traps prepared for both men. There might be high-gravity sections to slow Flash down, or iron to catch Puck. Arcade's targets usually find their way out of these traps, though, so this may come down to who escapes first. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If he can get caught off guard by slow gorillas and a dude who throws boomerangs, a magical trickster who could turn him into stone at will and who can turn invisible will destroy him. Guest force_echo Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 In the team anchor slot, I'm assuming Flash has his powers curtailed to when he fights street level baddies or so. Full power Flash has fought the Anti-Monitor on equal footing, so I'm fairly sure that the cosmic level traversing dimensions and time on a whim Flash doesn't fit in the slot.
