How exactly does Vegito outclass a SS4 Goku completely? Super Saiyan 4 form is powerful enough to break a wish of the dragonballs. SS4 Goku fought Shenron, Baby Vegeta, and more. Just asking here. What else to be taken into consideration is additional transformations for Vegito, i.e. SS2 and SS3 since logically both sides share the techniques and they would be able to use them. However, it's not seen in the series, so the assumption that he can go higher than what we saw doesn't have evidence. Plus, when Goku and Vegeta fuse later on, I believe they form Gogeta, so those two form a different character when they're stronger before fusing. Indolent Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 We pretty much already know that Vegeta has SS2 - so Vegito having SS2 isn't in doubt - what would be in doubt would be the SS3 form and then again - arguable. And the Potara fusion is technically more powerful than the Fusion Dance. It draws out more the power and potential of both participants in the fusion iirc. Gogeta doesn't have any bearing though to be fair. The real point is, we've only seen a fraction, or even a fraction of a fraction of SS1 Vegito's power in DBZ, since he swiftly and effortlessly bashes around an entity that literally threatened the fabric of the universe - though likely hyperbole, but nonetheless. We don't know for a fact he can go higher. Also doesn't Goku beating Shenron put his feat on the same level as Vegito smacking around Buu? Goku didn't even have to beat him in SS4 form. He did it in regular form with a spirit bomb. Also Goku from GT would have more experience and would be more powerful then the Goku that is fused with Vegeta during the Buu Saga that became Vegito. Indolent Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Goku beat Omega Shenron by virtue of the spirit bomb - he didn't actually defeat him under his own power as the Spirit Bomb was derived from supposedly the universe (Though keep in mind, the universe is tiny anyways). That doesn't demonstrate the extent of his own power. Gogeta was beating Shenron around under his own power - see the difference? I agree Goku would be marginally more powerful (Experience wouldn't be marginally increased because for the most part, Goku was more powerful than everything except for the likes of Baby, Super 17, and Shenron and anyone else that falls into these circumstances.) I think he was like said to be capable of destroying galaxies and stuff (which I find retarded given there's seriously a limited number of galaxies in the DBZ universe... I consider it wank too but whatevs) Though nothing was ever given a figure for SS4 Goku, I recall Cell being a Solar threat so Vegito could easily be within that class too given the exponential growth of the series of its characters aside the actual fusion's properties. Goku does fight toe to toe with him, but Bills gains the upper hand. Bills informs Goku that there are 12 alternate universes, and 12 different Bills. He is the weakest of the 12. I mean in DBZ there are a lot of people that say "Oh no he can destroy the solar system, but then nothing is shown. However when you see or hear people like Goku say "Thats enough energy to destroy the planet ten times" we can assume that it is legit. So if Whis says that Bills can destroy the galaxy or a galaxy, he can unless otherwise stated. But just like working out, you can max out at x level, doesn't mean each time you bench you will hit x everytime.In comics and in anything fiction overall, taking the literal words of something is pointless and redundant as it will always change.i.e. Superman at first was only jumping, then he was flying, then destroying universes, then just being normal, to then being godly to batman being able to judo throw him.Goku was able to lift cars as a kid, then dodged lightning, then was able to split mountains apart by sheer force, to not being able to lift 40 tons, to getting hit by a rock (even though it was for pure comedy) and being hurt. It will go further, this movie set it up for future movies. As funny as it is to think that Akira is doing this to wank Goku, he is really doing it for the money. No doubt about it. I was really disappointed with this movie. After a 20 year hiatus, I had high expectations, but it was nothing more than a typical DBZ plot.
