Thor has been shown to have amazing resistance to telepathy from both Emma Frost and Moondragon (and Moondragon had enslaved an entire world with her telepathy.) MM's telepathic powers are not going to beat him unless someone can show he is much better than these two.

Well firstly, hundreds if not thousands of years of experience. He also has impressive feats like defeating Despero and reading Atrocitus's mind. It is not only raw power but skill that will allow MM to telepathically damage Thor.

You mean like psionically preventing the entire martian race from passing on to the afterlife?

Or penetrating the mental defenses of the angelic Overmind?

Battling 400 White Martians(telepathically) and winning?

Entering Spectre's mind and forcing him into the Astral Plane(along with the jla)?

Or telepathically sensing the emotions of millions of sentient beings, in a different galaxy?

Aside from raw (telepathic)power, J'onn also has several thousand years worth of telepathic skill and experience, that he absorbed from the martian storage amulet.

Xavier put him to sleep in avx along with 2 avatars of the phoenix Rachael and namor   but I think he is stronger than the Martian

She's neither an abstract entity or a force of nature though so she'd still be acceptable? Though the Q example kinda confuses me with the wording in mind.

She would be but I say the characters should be base/normal levels.  Not reality warping style of characters.  At Scarlet Witch's most powerful we all know what she can do.  She changed everything on earth.  She even permanently took away hundreds to thousands of mutant's powers.

Regardless of the comic definition of cosmic, when you can change reality and bend it to your will; you become cosmic.  People like Frankilin Richards, Scarlet Witch, and Rune King Thor can effect beings like Galactus with almost no effort.

You misunderstand - she's cosmic level at that power in a sense, yes but she's neither a force of nature nor an abstract entity.

She still technically fits at that level.

the Q are like the watchers they are not cosmic forces of nature but they are high level cosmic beings.

I agree with his point though. So one like Molecule Man or Scarlett witch could just blink you out of existence. It might be a cool slot for the future but it makes it a little uneven. That being said, its only season 2. The kinks will get worked out in time.

I figured as much.

I'm still waiting on feedback in regards to my query in respect to the Q.

I tried to find out about Q.  All I could find was he is omnipotent.  If he could kill a cosmic being without much effort I would say yes he shouldnt be allowed.

Any character that is not 'cosmic' but can kill a cosmic being without much effort just seems like too much in this slot.  If a character can influence an entire universe on a grand scale without outside help (ex. Franklin, Wanda, Mr. Majestic, Mephisto, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Dormammu, Blackheart, etc...)

Its just characters like I listed above seem to way outclass any high powered character like Thor or Jonzz here. These two could pummel some of them into nothing but they could think it and they would be dead or captured.

Actually I'm kinda of the Opinion that Rune King Thor would outclass a Q. Unsure about Wanda.

Since Qs seemingly appear to be Omnipotent when they really only have the following: possessing the ability of instantaneous matter-energy transformation and teleportation, as well as the ability of time travel. The Q have control over space, matter, and time.

And the likes of Reed Richards outclasses Rune King Thor and Cray Cray Wanda - iirc Skyfathers were inferior to the Cosmic Cube. Dormmamu pretty much already outclasses those two, Blackheart only has his power when he's in his dimension so he's moot in this argument, as well as Mephisto, and Mister Majestic's reality manipulation isn't entirely impressive as I recall he required the assistance of others' manipulation to remake the universe. Mr. Mxyzptlk... unsure about him but if you know the characters, you'll see why I'm saying such.

Besides - you're one of the judges but you disagree with the wording of Fox's where the characters in question seemingly fit in, i.e. Wander and Thor - my only confusion is Q for the query in regards to being a Force of Nature/Abstract Entity example - when he isn't. Thor and Wanda aren't a Force of Nature/Abstract in that respect as well.
