Guest thanosisawesome
That fight was before pollution was a weakness to him (a recent development). If you notice, Namor doesn't even remark at all about the pollution, and it doesn't weaken him in any way. More like, unless Iron Man is more durable than the Thing, Wolverine, Tigershark, Captain America, or Spider-Man. Hint: he is. Also, Iron Man would defeat Captain Mar-Vell also. When did he beat Mar-Vell? And I thought you said it was Genis-Vell? Are you even aware that those are two different people? Namor could stomp Silver Surfer underwater with no PIS? Okay, that's it. That is the most retarded statement I've ever heard on this site. Really? Silver Surfer? Silver Surfer will destroy the planet Namor is on, and leave him out in space to die. He will literally turn Namor into a piece of gold and scatter him throughout Earth's atmosphere. Silver Surfer. That's flat out ridiculous, I want to see this issue where he beats Surfer, if he even beats him. The only way Namor was able to beat Hulk was through his control of water. If Thor, Silver Surfer, Sentry, Magneto, etc. can't crumple Iron Man's armor, Namor has a laughably low chance to.No, not like that at all. It was the computer equivalent of a freudian slip. Poor choice of words, I meant he would stomp Iron Man. He didn't beat Silver Surfer, he briefly tangled with him and neither gained an edge. Will he not have control of water when he fights Iron Man? And you're thinking about a different fight.

Genis-Vell is a pretty big deal, Mar-Vell is hard to read, it might be meh or impressive (unless its Skyfather level Mar-Vell). Genis-Vell is highly unrealistic, Namor would be beaten even harder than when he got one-shotted by Thor like a punk or when he got destroyed and got his stupid little ankle wings ripped off by Venom. I can't find an instance of either Genis or Mar on the internet in any case. Iron Man can evaporate water, or, you know, fly out of the water. Hulk can't. And for the record, that model Iron Man did not have repulsors. That's a heat ray, not a repulsor.
C.T.
For the record, Namor destroyed Venom in that encounter despite having his wings ripped off.
Guest sirmethos
Without PIS, Namor would beat the early armors of Iron Man, while the later armors(like the last few before Extremis) would beat Namor. With Extremis, Bleeding Edge and the Godkiller, it would be a stomp in Iron Man's favor.
Guest force_echo
Oh yeah, and you wanted to see the fight I was talking about in Iron Man #54. I had to dig in my personal collection of Iron Man comics for it. In this fight, he wasn't even in control of his armor for like 90% of the fight, for half the fight his armor wasn't even sealed against water. He defeats the person hacking his armor, and downs Namor easily.
