As for the harmony, I'm not sure if that should be here or not. It didn't manage to destroy whoever it was hitting at the end. Why does this have to be a one vs one fight? As for the harmony, I'm not sure if that should be here or not. The same thing can be said about Android 18, and any robot from Marvel and DC. Obviously, the draft wasn't perfect. I don't expect it ever will be, but what can you do? So, harmony could be in play. Starscream won't be able to attack and put down Soundwave from the air. It will be hard to locate Soundwave from the sky when he is deep in the jungle and knowing Soundwave he will go underground and travel underneath to make it extremely hard. Another advantage.Not in Prime, and I believe that's the version in the battle.Even so, I don't think there's much he can do about carpet bombing and the null rays. You know, there is a version of Starscream that would utterly destroy Prime's Soundwave in direct combat, but I'll leave it up to you to research which one that is.
