My vote goes to him on this one.Rorschach literally lives for conspiracy though, he is obsessed with it in Watchmen, by virtue of discovering Ozymandias' scheme alone Rorschach has an advantage. My vote goes to him on this one.Some of the stuff in the books does not compare to the stuff you see Rorschach spouting in Watchmen. For him to consider those conspiracies as something in the norm for him means this stuff here would be right in his territory to handle. He's also bound to be able to out Dexter despite the precautions the man usually takes. You know how he tends to know right off how others too have their own "Dark Passengers" and can sniff it out as being another predator in the land of much prey? Rorschach's passenger went out to lunch and left the madman run the asylum for good. If he should cross paths with Dexter in this case, more feasible then anything, don't expect Dexter to come out of this the same..and that's even if he's allowed to even still live after this.
