Rumble 14443 Nappa and Vegeta vs. Spider-Man

RULES

 

1. Spider-Man has his powers from the story arc "The Other".

2. Spider-Man is clad in the "Iron Spidey" suit that Tony Stark built for him.

3. Spider-Man also has both the Carnage and Venom symbiotes on him (with full control over them).

4. For this fight, Vegeta and Nappa is only at "Saiyan Saga" levels of power.

5. Before the fight, Spider-Man is given a volume of DragonBall Z manga to read that details Vegeta and Nappa's powers during the Saiyan Saga.

6. After finishing reading the manga, Spidey is given a week of prep (no asking others for help).

7. The fight takes place in Central Park at nighttime.

8. No BFR is allowed and Vegeta and Nappa cannot fire a blast that Spider-Man cannot possibly dodge

9. Victory is achieved by either KO or death.

Yep, this is a stomp. A man that can generally lift "only" 10 tons doesn't really match up well with beings that can casually blast away cities. 

 

I predict that Vegeta won't even bother getting his hands dirty while Nappa takes Spider-Man out, though Spidey might just a lucky, yet meaningless shot or two in.

I meant to say that unless 1. That version destroyed planets and travelled at least multiple times the sound barrier instantaneously in any direction then no

2. This will be like let's say a human garbed in metal to cool him more evenly

3. This would be a tough one as an example, the venom suit can change host and will stop at nothing to do so and The sayjins tend to be absorbed, but that's also because the person absorbing them are more powerful

4. Still too strong for him

5. Just makes him shit his pants earlier before he dies

6. He takes a week to shit said pants

7. That just makes it so Vegeta can blow more stuff up

8. So if this means that spider can dodge no matter what, vegeta goes in for physical attacks and wins

9. Death by accident, they blow him up with a punch

Spiderman can have all the symbiotes he wants but it won't stop Vegeta from just blowing up the whole damn city.

Even the relatively low powered DBZ characters far outclass any version of Spidey.(besides maybe Captain Universe)

The symbiotes and armor will allow him to live slightly longer, but I don't believe he can win here.

After reading the manga Spderman will be so bored he falls into a coma, and will be easy pickings for the DBZers when they show up a week later. If the DBZers manage  to stop talking long enough to remember there was supposed to be a fight, that is.
