JR: Welcome back everyone--

Patrick Star: That's okay, JR. I got this one. *Inhale* WELCOME EVERYBODY MY NAME IS PATRICK!

SpongeBob: You don't have to scream into the mic, Patrick. We can hear you just fine.

Patrick: Oh. Okay. Anyways, let's look at these contestants. Over there is a big guy. Um. He's big and um... He can't smile anymore.

SpongeBob: Oh poor guy. Tell me more, Patrick.

JR: Fellas if we could--

Patrick: He- He also use to be a fry cook but he got burned a lot so, he doesn't even have a job anymore. Kind of pathetic, if you ask me. Then you have this guy over here. He's covered in ketchup and he's not even hungry.

SpongeBob: No, I think he just likes the color red.

Patrick: Peesh-- Yeah, sure he does.

JR: Ainz, let's turn it to you in the ring. Please.

Ainz: Of course. Okay you two, you've seen plenty of each other in the preliminary. You went through a lot to get here so don't waste your chance. And above all, give us a good show. Ring the bell!

*Jason X grips his blade and marches toward Red, as Red releases both his Charizard and Pikachu.*

_______________________________________________________________________

Red (Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal) VS Jason X

Each combatant will have respected powers and equipment that they can carry into the ring. Red is only allowed his six pokemon (Pikachu, Espeon, Snorlax, Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise) but is free to use them all at once if he wishes. No outside help or influence. They have a general knowledge of each other's moves/skills.

Tournament standard ring from Dragon Ball.

Ring Out, Knockout, or Death all count as elimination.

I'd say this is a mismatch, especially because Red can use multiple Pokemon at once. If we're using Pokedex feats the Pokemon are just stupidly powerful. If we stick to actual feats and not just Pokedex statements it's closer, but Jason got bodied pretty hard by a psychic in one of the movies if I'm remembering correctly, and Red's team has way more damage output than just one psychic person. Jason probably goes down hard

Charizard>Jason X.

I don't know about that exactly. I'm sure Jason X could withstand most of Charizard's moveset.

They ended up winning in the prelim, so I didn't have much choice but to put them together. That said, Red is more powerful than I initially thought. He's pretty much stomping the competition.

So, I looked it up, and Jason X is WAY stronger than I thought he was. I assumed he was just a buffed Space-Age Jason. According to his Respect Thread, he would be able to withstand and comfortably survive anything Red's team can throw at him. Honestly, if this were a death battle, I think Jason X would win via a long war of attrition.

However, he doesn't really have a counter to Red using Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur at once a d just blasting him out of the ring. It wouldn't kill him, but it would solidly knock him off his feat be good for a ring out. Bummer, because against most other opponents he would actually have a really good chance. If Red could only use one Pokemon at a time Jason would stand a chance

Not only that, but Red watched Jason kill his competition in the preliminary. I don't think he'd underestimate him so I imagine Red will start out strong with heavy hitters and try to end it quick. Red may lose a pokémon or two to some nasty stab wounds though...

As I said before, Jason X can withstand the burning orbital re-entry into the planet's atmosphere and still keep swinging.

Sure, but Charizard is a dragon with funny arms. Charizard>Superman.

Also, with ring out being an option I was kinda just seeing Charizard tossing out Jason.

Eh, I'm not so sure that's a good idea. I doubt his flame alone would really affect Jason all that much, and Jason is certainly stronger. Remember that Charizard is neither that big, nor that strong. I would honestly bet on Jason in that matchup. Blastoise would seem to have better attacks for concussive force, knocking Jason off his feet and such. But again, the only way to ensure a win is to throw them all at him at once probably, and it's entirely possible Jason takes down a few of them in the process, especially if Red uses any kind of physical attack

I wonder if Jason could tank a solar beam or mega punch? I could see Blastoise hitting him with ice beam to slow him down but I don't know if it would freeze him.

Can Jason throw with any accuracy? If so, he could throw his machete to kill a Red or one of his pokémon. That would be crazy.
