I dunno man, Doom's cloak is pretty green

See, that's a really good point, but Martian Manhunter's entire body is green. If he were against Wonder Woman or something, then yeah, he's way more green than her. But MM can literally be as green as he wants to be

Thanks to MM's shapeshifting, he can even allow himself to be a more vibrant green colour, so aggressively green that he ends up blinding someone.

That's the best thing I've ever heard. He's the most green person possible!

No prep time? Doom gets stomped by Martian Manhunter, no questions asked.

Need more reason then that lol. Doom has taken on foes that I would consider stronger than MM. Doesn't Doom have resistance to mind control? Something built in his armor maybe?

Well he has that and psionic shields to boot, but also just sheer willpower. As far as mind control goes

You're misunderstanding me, he doesn't need to mind control him (although even then, Martian Manhunter's psionic abilities are on average a lot more powerful than anyone in Marvel. For instance, he can mind control entire species and he can do it from a fair distance.) He will outdo Doctor Doom through sheer speed and power. He'd be punching him across New York, and everything Doom will try to do will be negated by the fact that Martian Manhunter can do invisible. He's too fast, too strong, too VERSATILE for Doom in his use of abilities and since Doom has no idea who Martian Manhunter is he will never find out his weakness. He's frankly outmatched.

As for the fight in general, yeah I'm not so sure Martian Manhunter would win quite so easily. Doom's armor is insane. It gives him enough strength to grapple with the Hulk and punch him hard enough to draw blood, he can teleport in combat, his armor's shields are strong enough to let him survive an attack from Thanos blasting him with the power of the Infinity Gauntlet and get right back up in seconds, undeterred. One of Doom's main rivals in the Fantastic Four is the Invisible Woman so I mean obviously Doom would have sensors in his armor for that, negating that advantage. His forcefields kept Nightcrawler from being able to teleport into close proximity but I don't know how that would do with phasing. He has a time machine literally built into his armor so he could go back as many times as he needs to learn how to best MM. Or he could just use the magic spell that he used on Morgan Le Fay that sent her back in time to like...a million years BC and dump MM there.

Maybe if MM blitzed him before he could do anything...yeah, maybe. But it would take a lot to crack his shields and get through.

I think speed is a big factor here. Very broadly speaking, I think Marvel's top tiers are a lot slower than DC's, and MM specifically is at least able to contend with the Flash's level of speed. He is vastly faster, and with his variety of powers, he can definitely find a way to beat Doom before Doom can beat him.

So I looked into it, and yeah Doom does have a lot of powers and stuff, but I don't think he's as strong as you're making him out to be. At his highest end feats, yeah he can tank shots from Thanos, but he also gets bodied by Sue Storm several times. Like, she completely takes him out with a blast that only seems to level a castle. Granted, I don't have all the context for that fight, but he doesn't, for instance, infinitely loop time until he wins. He has a lot of tricks up his sleeve that he could use, but he's not invincible. He loses to people well below MM's weight class all the time, and all of his best feats are exclusively with a lot of prep and knowledge of his foes. I see no reason MM should lose this

Very true, he’s not invincible and the lack of foreknowledge hurts him and helps MM. Less powerful people have gotten the better of Doom in the past as well. Like this : D
