Before that, he works for a restaurant and he's displeased with the fact that he's not allowed to play around with new food combinations. Even if this wasn't the case, calling him just a food truck cook is doing him a disservice cause he created huge buzz even though he was only active for a day or so. He’s a really versatile chef that has a deep knowledge of all sorts of different cultures cuisines.
