Jack Frost shouldn't be able to throw anything at him that Angel can't handle. Maza has more experience with the supernatural, but I don't think she has Sgt. Angel's level of skill. Elisa took down five trained mercenaries in one day, and on another occasion she shot out a crane's cable from maybe a hundred feet off. On the same token, I actually caught a scene of Hot Fuzz the other day and saw Angel randomly do a side somersault over a hedge bush and take down the guy he was chasing by throwing a cup or something dozens of yards off to hit the dude in the head.
