Some knew how the tides had turned. They fight became a bloody building by building struggle, with the Rebels slowly gaining ground. El Carnicero saw this from his headquarters and began, like Galan had predicted to flee. The Immortal Hitman raised his sniper rifle and took aim, striking the Cuban General in the knee. As he fell, a group of Rebels grabbed and dragged him into a buidling with the rebel commander finishing him off with a TT33 Pistol shot to the head, killing the feared Cuban war criminal. As they happened helicoptors from the Cuban army showed up, as the trio of choppers arrived they began to lie down fire for the incoming transports. Gallen grabbed a near by RPG-7 and quickly scored a hit on the Cuban chopper causing it to crash into the other attack chopper. As the third chopper pilot panicked a Cuban rebel on the roof fired off an RPG of his own downing the attack chopper. The transports where forced to be called back and the area was deamed a loss as more Cuban rebels arrived to take up stronghold. Despite losses the rebel movement had won a key victory in the area. Carcer City 1988 Meanwhile in Carcer CityThe Russian Mafia, led by Mikhail Faustin and Dimitri Rascalov arrive and begin steaking a claim, they decide instead of starting conflict with some of the Italian Mafia families to make a business deal with them. Dimitri is sent by Mikhail to a sumit Vercetti Estate 1988 Soon both Salvatore and Dimitri arrive, they sit down with Tommy and began playing a game of Blackjack while discussing business. Terms include the three criminal organizations sharing a form of a non agreesion pact. That the Leone Crime Family and Vercetti Crime Family both have Faustin's Syndicate as thier main arms dealers in exchange business deals between the Leones, Vercettis and Faustins are open including deals for drugs, arms and counterfit cash.
