If this was just Nekra vs Digger, Nekra's rage enhanced strength would probably win easily. But since Nekra's powers are based on her rage, that could leave her open to being ensnared by Dansen's hypnosis. So I'll say Dansen Macabre takes this. If she engages Digger first she should be raged up to just pound Dansen Macabre. Do they all know each other? Digger and Dansen are both part of the Night Shift, so they at least know each other's powers. I don't think they've ever faced each other... until I put them into my Night Shift storyline.
