Heh, I actually had to look up what Ramarak was. 

I'd still say BP would have a good shot. Though it would be tougher against a bigger Skullcrawler, that would also make it easier for T'Challa to target Ramarak's weak spots. Black Panther is known to take on huge threats and even super teams and at least hold his own.

Since the voting is done, though, a discussion on this now is kind of moot.
