Robocop is a tank even compared to a Terminator. But the T-1000 is the biggest challenge.

Fulgore is a tank compared to Sektor and Cyrax and probably just as fast.

The T-850 goes down pretty easily. 

Slow Robocop will get a nice beatdown.

And then the T-1000 will keep reshaping but all three Cyborgs have weapons that will injure it long enough to do what they came to do.
