Guest Jason Redfield
To be fair the League followers Bane had weren't all the competent either. The pair that brought Gordon into Bane's base of operations springs to mind. That one chief mook that is at Bane's side all the time is the most competent I think. That's a good point. I was referring more to the crew that takes down the black flight at the beginning, as well as the ones who ambush the SF guys.

The ones that take down the plane in the beginning are definitely League of Shadows men. I don't remember who took down the SF guys, but I'm going to assume they were League of Shadows because Bane trusted them to get the job done. I doubt he's gonna give an actual mission to a Blackgate prisoner.

Guest silversurfer092
I like how a bunch of people are like "Prometheus is one of the shittiest sci-fi plots ever" or something along those lines. I saw those kinds of comments on TPB when I was looking for a torrent. Bitch please. Prometheus is straight out of Lovecraft who is one of the greatest sci-fi/horror writers ever. Guest bigballerju
Prometheus is a excellent example of how stupid some of the general audience can be. A awesome movie that some people said was bad because they didn't understand it and didn't like the plot. It still did good at the box office so I hope we are still getting a sequel. Guest silversurfer092
I'll be honest. I didn't like it. Not because of the plot though.

G4hardcore
Prometheus wasn't bad... but damn it was strange.Yeah, I watched it twice. Plenty of unanswered questions on my part. Though I can't imagine how that would result in anything vastly different than from what occured in that hypersleep chamber, when the first Engineer was awoken. Honestly, couldn't he have given them a modest speech? A charismatic and sarcastic monologue? I'd have been content even with a few words--but nothin'. That dude went berserk. And she wants to go where the rest live.
Guest Hayesmeister5651
In the director's cut he answers the Robot. I just saw Savages last night, it was pretty good.
C.T.
You know what I had a problem with? The stupidity of the last two alive. If Dr. Shaw and Vickers had both run to the side of the falling craft..instead of running forward...yeah.

Guest Jason Redfield
I just saw Savages last night, it was pretty good. I saw Savages in the theater... it was okay. Not bad by any means, although it definitely goes in a direction you don't expect. So, kudos to them for avoiding the ending a lot of us were expecting. I would have really liked for there to be more action, though.
Guest Hayesmeister5651
Agreed, I watched it uncut, never saw the theatrical version, so I'm not sure what the differences are. And yes, I'm glad they didn't do the Romeo and Juliet ending.

Guest silversurfer092
Which has absolutely nothing at all to do with those specific criminals that shot those spec ops soldiers... Yeah. So after watching that part, it's even better! Bane was with both groups, the one that took down the plane and the one that killed the Spec Ops guys in Gotham. So it has absolutely everything to do with those specific criminals that shot those spec ops soldiers. Go *vulgarity* yourself. To be fair though, the Spec Ops guys did act like total retards. They're in a hallway with marble columns, yet they like to stand in the open despite being surrounded.

I just hated how they got handed after donning Red Shirts.

Guest bigballerju
I can't wait for Superman next year which may have a nod to a JLA film. Also rumors going around Joseph Levitt could play Batman in the JLA film. Two great film news. On another note is Ted really good? I wanted to really see that film and wanted to know people's opinions on it.
G4hardcore
I thought Ted was a funny movie. I'm not gonna blow it up and say it was amazing, but if Family Guy/American Dad type humor is your thing, you'll be laughing pretty hard a few times.
