treacherous
You put Skir'Mish'Ra (with his impressive list of stats and weaponry) vs. Rakai' Thwei (with his impressive list of wins on CBUB) in a gladiator arena with every single weapon they have. Who wins? Hee hee.

treacherous
I would have no idea. I just thought It'd be fun to pit them against each other, because they both argue/debate so well. If Rakai finds this thread, I'll let him add whatever if he wants to even it up. Maybe a Pred herd or something. IDK!?!? Warhammer...not my thing. It's cool to watch Skirmisher argue though. RakaiThwei
[blinks] The hell is the meaning of this? Seriously? Well... depends which version you want of Rakai'Thwei, since he is my character.. If you want the CBUB version, I'll give you his CBUB stats. If you want the roleplaying version who I happen to play in a chatroom I frequent, then he has fought against mages from basic low level elemential specialist, to alchemist, to necromancers, to mages who were able to utilize voids, to demons and other things.. -Rakai'Thwei
treacherous
Whatever you want. I just noticed you both had Roleplaying characters that you put a lot of work into. Figure'd it be fun to see em duke it out. Nobody knows Rakai Thwei like Rakai Thwei. I've seen a lot of those CBUB matches. Very good. He's an A#$ kicker. RakaiThwei
If you want to use the roleplaying version of Rakai'Thwei, his kills are much, much, much higher than the CBUB version of Rakai'Thwei (because those kills are earned from roleplay fights) and he's much younger too but still just as experienced. Infact, he is the youngest Elder ever recorded in his clan's history. He has an unusual array of weapons, sometimes even using trophies as weapons, such as Jedi and Sith lightsabres from Jedi and Sith he has killed-- he's got a Sygil lightsabre, Solari Lightsabre and Firkrann Lightsabre. http://pjj.cc/cos/register/viewer.php?su=R...wei&fm=view If you want the CBUB version... http://www.electricferret.com/forum/index....amp;showentry=4 That version is older, somewhat more jaded and hasn't fought any Jedi or Sith yet. -Rakai'Thwei
Skirmisher
Interesting... I'd like to give Rakai all the advantage he can get, because no normal Pred would be able to take a Necron Lord like Boston said. So I would guess that would be his RP character, I looked over his Character Blog but his links seem to be broken for me.

RakaiThwei
Lol, I noticed that Fedora hat trophy, who's it from? As well, that Elite skull. Halo? The Fedora Hat? Freddy Krueger. Rakai has fought Freddy Krueger and won. This done in a roleplay between me and a friend of mine in a chatroom. Elite skull as in Halo? Yes. Years ago, a friend of mine who really was into Halo challenged me in a roleplay fight with Rakai.. The Elite was slaughtered. -Rakai'Thwei

RakaiThwei
Lastly the skills, what system is that using? It's a system I was introduced to by a friend of mine years ago. It was on a site called Serena-Dawn. http://www.serenadawn.com/Alien-Plug-In-Predators.htm However, that system was meant for more dice and table top roleplay and what me and my mentor did was we took the system, cannibalized and modified it for free-form roleplaying. The limit skill points is 100+, meaning when you have achieved a 100+ in say the skill to hand to hand, that pretty much means you are a master of that particular skill. -Rakai'Thwei
Guest ricrery
The Space Marine Chapter Masters get hurled around by Necron Lords, can this one elder combat a Chapter Master? Also: Elites would cut a Yautja up, because they have camouflage, armor, and weaponry that would put the Predator down, I'd like to roleplay with Mr. Rakai sometime. RakaiThwei
[snickers] Well Ricery, you have to remember that I am speaking about my character through roleplay experiences, and as much as I'd like to explain how each fight was one, there are just too many of them for me to recount and my memory is really vague as that particular fight happened five years ago. Roleplay fights are different from debates which are common on CBUB, and it all boils down to the player in question. I also like to incorperate my real life martial arts training in my roleplay fights, and there is a back story as to why Rakai knows all these skills. So it helps to have some fighting knowledge in roleplay fighting because for the most part, most other roleplayers rely on magic and weapons which they have no real idea how they function, and when you get them in hand to hand combat, most don't know what to do because they have no fighting or training experience. ....And either it's me or everyone wants to kick Rakai's butt? lol -Rakai'Thwei

The Pred also has cloaking, and much better Plasma Weapons. Their plasma can cleave the head off people with ease as seen in the AvPR, and from what I've heard that would have been a lower setting. Sangheili Plasma Rifles can only cause extensive Third degree, and even Fourth Degree burns per shot. As well, I'm not sure how well Dlex would resist the Plasma Blade, as I don't really know to much about it other than it's a Pred Super Metal... But I would say that it might have some resistance to it.

But I would say that it might have some resistance to it. Depends which grade of Dlex we're talking about. Low level Dlex? Not likely. Medium level Dlex? Slight lasting chance, but not likely. High grade level Dlex? It might be able to withstand a few strikes before wearing. Plasma forged Dlex? It can definately withstand the plasma blade because the Dlex metal has been forged in plasma energies to a molecular level, making it pretty durable and able to withstand temperatures that are matching the sun's chronosphere. So yes. -Rakai'Thwei
Skirmisher
I just thought of something. If Rakai and I were to fight with our characters then even if his Pred wins he'll get no trophy. When Necrons sustain too much damage to fight their bodies are teleported away to be repaired. "All of their numbers possess sophisticated auto-repair systems throughout their exo-skeletal systems that can repair even the most crippling of damages. While this can keep them functioning constantly, should there be irreparable damage sustained than the Necron "phases out". Both their minds and their bodies are teleported to the nearest tomb complex where they either remain in storage until repairs are made or a new body is forged." However, out of sheer curiosity, how good is something like that if said Necron lands or is hit by an EMP mine, which Rakai'Thwei also happens to utilize in his hunts? -Rakai'Thwei

Though if it did do anything to them, it would only cause them to pause for a handful of seconds as the small amount of damage is repaired. "The Necrontyr originally invented living metal for use in constructing their ships. It is a metallic substance that appears to grow and heal as if it were part of a living organism. It is most often associated with the skin of the C'tan as well as the bodies of the Necrons and their amazing regenerative abilities. The hull of all Necron vehicles, including the Necron Monolith and the Necron Pylon, is also made of this living metal, where its adaptive and regerative capabilities render powerful weapons such as Meltaguns, Multi-meltas and Power Fists almost obsolete. This deadly testament to Necron power has inspired the infamous Tau saying "Living Armour Happens""

Skirmisher
I was looking around your character Skirm and I saw the Warhammer stats you gave him and those are RP converted right or something of the sorts...Yeah, It's made using mostly Dark Heresy, but I've modded it slightly to fit into a more RP like environment. Though like I said, I'm not to good at RPing, so right now they're just numbers. If you want to know what it means, Avg Human would have a Stat Line of 30's to 40's. Anything under is weak or frail, and anything above would be exceptional. Space Marines would be stat line of 40's to 50's. Basically Dark Heresy just gave all the stats in tabletop a x10 boost to make them fit with percentile dice.
