technically Galactus is at 100% only at the very start of the fight surely, after that he begins to decline, thats the whole point of eating planets isnt it, to sustain him... so the long the fight goes on and the greater the effort galactus puts in, the closer he gets to defeat... that makes sense to me, but probably looks like gibberish to everyone else.

No it does makes sense, he doesn't run our of energy that quick actually.. he can go for a month without eating another planet and still do the stuff he does... So It'll take a while before it'll get that low.

Galactus can manipulate matter itself, matter in general as it does not specify what matter he can manipulate, and he can do pretty much whatever he wants with the Power Cosmic via matter manipulation... like in the link I provided.

 

Matter, without any specification, generally concerns all matter, no more, no less.

 

He can restructure molecules or convert the matter of molecules entirely into anything else... Mhhhh, Pie for Galactus .

 

Risky in my opinion. Risk depleting his already sinking energy on an attack that might not work? Remember, Buu is unlike anything else in the universe. Every single sub - atom has a life of it's own. It's also possible that he could just turn himself back.

 

There is also evidence that Buu can avoid any threatening attack that's thrown at him. Remember fat Buu. He avoided Dabura's spit despite having no previous knowledge that it would turn him to stone. It's logical he would sense something was going on, and simply blitz himself away, voiding the potential threat.

It does seem that way, it would deplete that rather quickly, but you have to realize he'll do his attacks and defending efficiently as hes a smart cookie.

I'm not sure. Remember, this is someone who can break reality just by getting angry. It depends whether the force field would actually hold long enough.

Well, it depends of Buu wants to break reality. Remember, hes not exactly smart. He did that when he realized he was locked out of the DBZ reality when he was stuck in that training dimension... but as he is in this dimension fighting, I don't exactly see any reason why he would do that...

Kid Buu... has unlimited energy. The only that wears down is his regeneration ability.
