Guest Cujogoodie
Hum. Larfleeze is a monster, to be sure, but I don't know how he deals with telepathy.
Guest Ghost Tiger
I believe all Lanterns have powerful telepathic protection from their rings. He has the main power battery so he has all the power of the orange light. I think it'd be an epic battle and really I am not sur ewho would win....I was hoping someone would make a good argument and help me make up my mind. C.T.
Heres what X-Man is capable of... Powers: X-Man was an Omega-level mutant. Astral Plane Tap: ability to Tap into the enormous psychic resources of the astral plane in order to manipulate matter and energy. Telepathy: telepath of the first order. His telepathy has proven great enough in power and scope as to allow him to read thoughts across vast distances, and even interface with multiple minds, simultaneously. Intuitive Multilingual: capable of intuitively translating new languages Astral Travel: capable of forging psi-links to travel in astral form Material Astral Projection: give substance to astral energy to solidify psychic forms or forge protective psi-armor and even pull the astral projections of other telepaths into the physical world. Psychometry: can read residual thought imprints left on objects touched by people. Dimensional Sense: capable of sensing dimensional rifts or anomalies. Telekinesis: Telekinetically, Nate is capable of very fine control over objects; he can disassemble complex devices explosively (separating every last component, such as screws, nuts, circuit boards, etc.), and just as quickly and easily assemble complex devices. This also has enabled him to even attain awareness and control over objects as small as individual electrons in an atom. For instance, Nate could detect if a seal was hermetic, or not, by checking for the presence of penetrating oxygen molecules. He could even detect and discern individual oxygen molecules, and determine the atomic weight of molecules, by the amount of atoms present. On larger levels, Nate can levitate great weights, into the tons, but his upper limit has remained undisclosed. Concussive Blasts: can project his telekinetic energies as powerful blast beams directed from his brains that could apparently affect matter with concussive force Flight: By telekinetically levitating himself, he can fly at amazing speeds Force Fields: Nate is able to create protective force shields that could detect even the most powerful of attacks. There does not appear to be any correlation between field strength and the thickness of his telekinetic fields. Intangibility: can phase through solid matter by mentally shifting his molecules around another object's as he moves forward. Telekinetic Holograms: His mental fine motor skills are so acute that he can mentally manipulate dust particles and water vapor to refract lightwaves and create holograms. Electromagnetic Pulses: He also has creative uses of his powers such as using his telekinesis to channel the Earth's magnetic field through the electro-current of his brain and generate devastating electromagnetic pulses. Dimensional Teleportation: X-Man even learned that he could use his telekinesis to transport himself into other dimensions by mentally bending the dimensional barriers that separate one reality from another. One of the most impressive moments that displayed Nate's powers was when he easily defeated Exodus, a mutant with vast psionic powers who managed to defeat the combined efforts of the X-Men and the Avengers in combat. This easy defeat left Exodus humiliated especially considering he is centuries old while Nate was only around 16 years old (he confirms himself to be physically 17 in X-Man #68). He has psionic powers beyond those of any other mutant in the world, and is among the most powerful mutants in general. Strength level: Nate Grey possesses the normal human strength of a man his age, height, and build who engages in moderate regular exercise. When using telekinesis he is able to lift at least 10 tons, possibly more.

Guest Ghost Tiger
I know perfectly what X-Man is capable of, in fact I argued for him in this thread on another site. Like I have already said it's such a close fight for me I can't come up with who I really think would win. I like X-Man better and I realize he is the most powerful telekinetic in the Marvel Universe and has power output on scale with Dark Phoenix, but Larfleeze is a beast and is a Parallax level threat, and Parallax is a powerful universal threat. Agent Orange is a Parallax level threat that has killed Contollers, Guardians and Green Lanterns with ease. He is the sole holder of the Orange Light and therefore has its complete power. AO is a threat the entire universe and on par with someone who re-created a universe. You also have to take into account AO has his entire Corps at his disposal which is everyone he has ever killed reanimated under his control with the orange light, which inlcudes Controllers, Guardians, and Green Lanterns, not to mention enormous deadly beasts and creatures no one has ever seen. I am not taking sides on this fight, just hoping for some interesting analysis.
Guest Cujogoodie
I'm not going to say he's like Parallax yet. The bug never got tricked by a Blue Ring like Larfleeze did. He's powerful, at the level of a Named Lantern(Probably higher), but not Parallax. Not until he actually does something on that level.
Guest Ghost Tiger
He should be of equal power with Parallax or Ion since he has the greed embodiment. I agree it's too early to tell but he should definitely be in their range since he wields all the power of the orange light. I strongly disagree that he is at the power of any one single Green Lantern. He has killed multiple Green Lanterns, Guardians, and Controllers. No ordinary Green Lantern is a match for Agent Orange. The Guardians are the ones that claimed he was a Parallax threat. Now I don't take things said by characters as fact, however if anyone would know it would be the Guardians. Cable, if he didn't have a Techno-organic virus, would be on par. Franklin Richards, aka Psi-Lord, is more powerful. And Phoenix of the White Crown is more powerful. So is Rachel Summers, and Hyperstorm.

I would too, but Sadam burned me bad with his use of the Ion power, real bad. I strongly disagree that he is at the power of any one single Green Lantern. Now I don't take things said by characters as fact, however if anyone would know it would be the Guardians. When I say Named Green Lanterns, I'm taking about Kyle, Hal, John, Kilowag and Guy, not ordinary Green Lanterns. And even then I wouldn't argue that they'd win. Thing with Larfleeze, is that he hasn't really established himself yet, when the war actually gets out, I expect us to see him throwing some major blows. Not to mention, he's powering his entire Corps with one ring, that's pretty hardcore.
Guest Ghost Tiger
I agree....Cujo and Boston I am merely referring to when it was claimed his psionic output was similar to Dark Phoenix's.

Guest Diskyr
Comicvine also ranks Superman higher than Living Tribunal in the strength department (or it used to) From I read, it wasn't the rankings of Powers. It was on the forums and lots of people were saying Larfleeze over Odin. But the official GL: Blackest Night hasn't been released yet officialy but I have heard of some leaks for it. Guest Ghost Tiger
Those arent real power rankings, they're popularity rankings. That said if Larfleeze lives up to what its being hinted at that he can do then he will be an Odin level power.
