Ghostbusters vs Danny Phantom

Welcome to a new Ultimate Warrior. I have recently cancelled the other Ultimate Warrior due to lack of posts. So I have officially declared this one as the first Ultimate Warrior. Today's Ultimate Warrior pits two of the worlds greatest ghost hunters against each other.

 

We have the Ghostbusters. The team consists of Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Winston Zeddemore, and Egon Spengler. They have saved the world three times. In 1984, 1989, and 1991. They have special equipment called Proton Packs to wrangle a ghost into their Ghost Trap. Once the ghost is trapped it goes into the ghost prison. They have also detroyed Vigo the Carpathian, and Gozer. They have fought Gozer twice.

 

And we have Danny Phantom. He has saved his town several times. Danny os secretly a living teenager when he's not fighting and catching ghosts. He not only has special equipment to catch ghost, but he has ghost powers. He can fire green ectoplasmic beams out of his finger-tips, and has a special Sonic Whale. Recently he has gained the ability to freeze things. He can also posses human beings like ghosts, and he can fly.

 

Now who will win? Ghostbusters or Danny Phantom? They are fighting in the building the Ghostbusters fought Gozer in for the first time.

Technically the Proton Packs can only hold Spiritual Bodies can't they? So all Danny would have to do is revert back to human form, and the packs would malfunction I assume, and then he'd re-do the process until he'd disabled them all.
